Vienna omelette

Image
One of the most iconic breakfast of all time is the Omelette and a favourite of mine as well. Served with just about any filling you can think of, it makes for a tasty breakfast.. Ingredients 2 x eggs (Whisked) 2 x Viennas (Cut up) Salt and Pepper to taste 1/2 tsp of garlic (Crushed) 1/2 Onion 1 x cup of denny mushrooms 1/2 Green Pepper 1/2 cup mature cheddar or white cheddar 2 x Tbs of butter Method Fry the onion and green-pepper together until soft, this normally takes around 5 minutes on a medium heat. Now add the garlic and fry off for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the Viennas and fry until you have a nice golden colour on them. Remove this from the pan until later.. How to make an Omelette Add a Tablespoon of butter to a pan on a medium heat ( setting 1 or 2). Once the butter melts add the whisked egg and allow it to start cooking. Using a spatula, light lift the side of the omelette to allow the raw egg to fall behind the edges. Now leave it for...
