Bs Chicken sausage casserole

Today i made a simple dish that took about 30 minutes to make provided that the pasta is cooked already.. #supper  is served with chicken sausage, jelapeano, green pepper, garlic and cocktail tomatoes served on a bed of Fettucini

Ingredients

#chicken   #sausage
Green #pepper   1
#jalapeno   1
#garlic   2 cloves
#Rosemary   and #Olive   spice
#sugar   1 tsp
black pepper
olive oil 30 ml
#cocktail   #tomato   1 cup


Method

Fry 1 onion, greenpepper, jalapeno and garlic for 5 minutes in 30ml olive oil.
Add cut up chicken sausage and brown it for 10min stirring occasionally
Once this is done add a twig of Rosemary and Olive spice , tsp of sugar and fry with the lid off pan halfway over Apotorpan until it starts to stick to the bottom (you want this to happen )
Add a cup of cocktail tomatoes and stir into the sausage mixture with the lid closed for another 10minutes
Now remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens

Pasta
Boil water
Add fettucini #pasta
Boil for 15minutes
Drain and serve
