Fresh Tuna Steak Bake served with a Potato bake

Hi there..... Now what is better than a fresh Tuna Steak served with a side portion of Potato bake? This is my rendition of fish and chips. It is quite easy to make, more a case of chopping up some nice vegetables that will compliment the Tuna, let me show you how Ingredients 500g of Fresh Tuna 2 x Tbs of Olive oil 1 x Red Pepper 1 x Onion 1 x cup of Mushrooms 1 x tbs Black Pepper (to taste) 1 x tsp Salt 1 x tsp Thyme 1 x tsp Rosemary 1 x tsp Sage 5 x medium Potatoes (Cut into slices)1 x Tbs Flour 1 x cup Milk 1 x cup of Cheese 50g Butter 1/2 tsp Mustard power or mustard Method Preheat your oven to 220deg or 380Farenheit Rub the Olive oil over the Tuna once sliced into steaks then place into a Casserole dish. Now chop and add your Mushrooms, Red Pepper, Onion, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper. Put into the oven for about 10minutes ( For medium) depending on the thickness of the Tuna. South African Vienna smoor and Sunnyside up egg served on a slice of honey and oats bread

Breakfast is served and this one is sure to fill the biggest of gaps. It took me around 15 minutes to prepare, how long it took for me to eat it, well lets say it takes longer to make something than it does to eat it... So here goes Ingredients: 3 x Viennas 2 x Eggs Half an Onion 1 x Tomato 1 x tsp of garlic Half a tsp of Paprika / Chilli and garlic spice (Robertsons, so verastile) Half a tsp of Mixed Herbs (Robertsons , so versatile) 2 x slices of Bread (Any kind will do) Method Cut up Viennas and Onions. Now fry the Viennas in some butter or olive oil, just a drizzle. The Viennas need to be brown One this is done add in your onions and cook until soft, normally around 5 minutes should do the trick and once that is done, add your cut up tomato, herbs and tomato with about 3 Tbs of water to get the cooking process started. Easy South African Chicken Pasta Bake

Did anyone say comfort food? Not many ingredients needed for this meal. Tasty and delicious, sure to be a family favorite.Give it a try and leave a comment once you have.. Ingredients 1 x packet of chicken breasts 1 x tin of cherry tomatoes 1 x red onion 1 x red pepper 1 x yellow pepper 1 x cup of Mushrooms 2 x cloves of garlic miced 2 xTablespoon dried Sweet Basil 1 xTablespoon Oregani 1 x cup of Cream 1/2 cup of White Cheddar 4 x cups of pasta (penne or macoroni) Instructions Boil pasta in a pot for around 20minutes until Al dente or until soft Preheat oven to 220deg. In a large Apotorpan , heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened, approximately 4 minutes. Add chicken; cook over medium-high heat until chicken begins to brown, approximately 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, pepper, and salt.
