Bs Chicken sausage casserole

Today i made a simple dish that took about 30 minutes to make provided that the pasta is cooked already.. #supper  is served with chicken sausage, jelapeano, green pepper, garlic and cocktail tomatoes served on a bed of Fettucini Ingredients #chicken   #sausage Green #pepper   1 #jalapeno   1 #garlic   2 cloves #Rosemary   and #Olive   spice #sugar   1 tsp black pepper olive oil 30 ml #cocktail   #tomato   1 cup Method Fry 1 onion, greenpepper, jalapeno and garlic for 5 minutes in 30ml olive oil. Add cut up chicken sausage and brown it for 10min stirring occasionally Once this is done add a twig of Rosemary and Olive spice , tsp of sugar and fry with the lid off pan halfway over Apotorpan until it starts to stick to the bottom (you want this to happen ) Add a cup of cocktail tomatoes and stir into the sausage mixture with the lid closed for another 10minutes Now remove the lid and cook for another ...

Lamb Shank and Mash

Tried my hand at a Sunday #Roast , took me the better part of 2 hours but it sure tasted like a #restuarant  bought #meal .  #lamb    #shank  served with #redonion ,  #carrots  and  #peppers  laid on a #bed  of   #garlic   #mash   #potatoes Ingredients 2 x lamb shank 6 carrots 2 peppers 1 red onion  1 white onion 1 tin of peeled tomatoes 3 cloves garlic Rosemary Thyme 12 baby  potatoes Vegetable Stock Method In#apotorpan, brown the outside of the meat on all sides in a little oil Once this is done, remove #meat then add the Carrots, onions, peppers, garlic and tomato to the dish, #spice  it with #thyme  and #Rosemary Place the Shank ontop of the veg and wrap in #foil Place in the oven for 1 hour at a time at 190 #degrees  turning after the first hour then coating it with the juices and  back in again for another hour Mash potato In #apotorpan  place the potat...
