Chicken Schnitzel and Chips

Today i made a simple dish that took about 1 hour to make Ingredients 3 Chicken breast, (sliced in half and pounded flat with a meat tenderiser) 3 cups of baked McCain oven fries Leafy salad cup of flour 3 tablespoons of Paprika 1 tablespoon of Robertsons Olive and Rosemary spice 2 egg ( Beaten) Method Take a Fillet of chicken and tenderise it but a bottle or any kitchen mallet to flatten the breast. Mix the flour and Paprika. Once this is done, dip the chicken into flour, then into the beaten egg and back into the flour again before frying it in apotorpan. Fry on bothe sides until golden brown.
